Is the HVAC system in your commercial building running at its peak efficiency?
If you have old, outdated HVAC equipment chances are you are just blowing away money by simply running the air conditioner! Having an energy efficient system will reduced the amount of energy it consumes, lowering the cost of running it while still keeping your building comfortable.
The Premium Efficiency Cooling Program is provided to qualified San Diego Gas & Electric customers.
It is part of a statewide initiative to help California become more environmentally conscious by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and preserving resources. To achieve this itís important to transition to new, energy saving equipment, which improves the overall performance and comfort and by keeping this equipment running at its peak performance through regular maintenance services.
Advanced Comfort Solutions is a qualified contractor participating in this program. By signing up, we can go analyze your current HVAC system to see how we can improve it and lower your energy cost.
The program supports the maintenance and retirement of air conditioning equipment and the sales of new premium-efficiency packaged rooftop equipment. We will help you in determining whether your equipment qualifies for program discounts, tax credits, and/or seasonal manufacturer promotions.
We can provide Premium Tune-Ups to make sure you continue to get the most out of your system. Incentives are now available to offset the cost of ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180 Quality Maintenance services including customer incentives for maintenance agreements.
